166 - Plaster cast of a marble statue

PLASTER CAST of a marble statue in natural size. The respective marble statue is at the cemetery of Maroussi, Attica. The plaster cast was made in 1976 by the sculptor and was commissioned by the family of Natasha Papanaoum (Polytechnic University graduate, mechanical engineer) in her memory, after her death. The girl wears a long dress. With her left hand, across the heart, she holds a rose, a symbol of youth, while with her right hand she holds a book, a symbol of knowledge, a posture conceived by the artist. The cast bears, his signature.
