Α2 - Yiannis Vourlitis (1926 - 2008)

He was a student of Potis Monemvasitis and was introduced to the art of photography at the early age of nine. After World War II, he was asked to photograph a school event at the high school of Areopolis. In order to reach Areopolis, he traveled by bicycle through the mountains. This trip further inspired him to capture the beauty of Mani, which he found stunning and fascinating.
